Strict Standards: date_default_timezone_get(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/New_York' for 'EDT/-4.0/DST' instead in /homepages/10/d88278606/htdocs/mpd/MPDWiki/includes/Setup.php on line 406

This website has been designed with the goal of providing a useful resource for our respected residents and honored guests of the City of Montpelier and Bear Lake Community.

Our award-winning MPD Victims Assistance Unit is committed to making crime victims our top priority. Expanding and improving relationships is our goal, and open lines of communication are vital for us to be able to do that. Our success in preventing crime is directly related to citizen involvement

—We listen to YOU!
